Raben Logistics Romania has expanded its national logistics footprint with the launch of a new 1,800 sqm warehouse at CTPark Brașov West, reinforcing its commitment to efficient distribution and last-mile delivery across the Transylvania region. The move follows a strategic lease agreement with CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer and operator of industrial and logistics real estate.

This new facility represents Raben’s tenth logistics site in Romania and brings the company’s total leased space within CTParks across the country to 15,000 sqm. It strengthens Raben’s integrated national and cross-border network, supporting seamless deliveries to both domestic and international destinations.

Strategic Hub for Cross-Docking, Contract Logistics, and Retail Fulfilment

The Brașov warehouse will serve as a multi-functional logistics hub, focusing on:

Cross-docking operations for faster transit

Contract logistics and value-added services

Co-packing and final-mile delivery for regional retail clients

It will work in synergy with Raben’s logistics hubs in Bucharest, Sibiu, Roman, and Buzău, ensuring consistent service and predictable lead times across Romania.

CTP Continues Strategic Development in Brașov

CTPark Brașov West, located just 15 minutes from the city center, offers direct access to major transport arteries including E68, E60, the upcoming A3 motorway, and Brașov-Ghimbav International Airport. The park spans 12.6 hectares and provides Class A industrial facilities for logistics and light manufacturing clients.

CTP has announced plans to construct two additional buildings, adding another 10,000 sqm to the Brașov site to meet the rising demand for high-spec industrial spaces.
