Croatian Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic met with representatives from Swedish company IKEA yesterday (Weds), where discussions about the home decorating giant's short term and long term plans took place.
IKEA is to open its first store in Croatia at the end of 2013. The Swedish ambassador to Croatia, Fredrik Vahlquist was also at yestersday's meeting and added that the IKEA store in Zagreb would be the first of its kind in the region. He also said that long term plans included the opening of two more stores in Rijeka and in the Dalmatian city of Split.
