| Edge Banding Edge Banding, otherwise known as Edgebanding, is often used in carpentry and furniture making to cover the exposed sides of materials such as chipboard or MDF and attain the appearance of a solid material. The edge-banding material is usually composed of PVC foil, melamine or wood veneer and is applied to the substrate using hot melt adhesives, most commonly EVA or PO, but also reactive PUR adhesive. |
