Squeeze-Pointers are the highest advanced technology in producing folded drawing tags. The high press-speed and the silent use are superior to conventional processes. The tools are formed rectangularly, they are cheap and have a long life. They do not touch during the pressing, so that any friction and wear is avoided. Scale (heat treatment) or other pollutions can fall down in a container. A one stroke processing without changing tools is possible from maximum to minimum diameter.

Rotary swaging machines

Rotary swaging machines are suitable for pointing, reducing, shaping and tapering tubes and solid materials. They are used for cold and warm forging of ferrous and nonferrous metals. Rotary swaging ensures short operating times, small tolerances and fine surface finishes for the material. Asymetrical shapes can be produced as well as ronnds. Rotary swaging machines are available in three different designs: The shaft rotates, the head ring rotates or both rotate. The machines are manufactured with 2, 3 and 4 dies, which can easily be replaced within 2-3 min. The guidances of the hammers and dies is covered with an extremely wear resistant bronze coating. A compulsory mechanism for the die retaining ring causes a reduced noise level and a minimized wear.
