Eberspächer Sütrak GmbH & Co. KG, a subsidiary of the Eberspächer Group and a leading global supplier of automotive technology, is set to open a new production and warehouse facility in Poland to enhance its production capacity. The strategic location in the Opolskie voivodeship was selected with the guidance of Savills.

Innovative Thermal Management Systems for Buses and Coaches

Eberspächer Sütrak specializes in designing, producing, and delivering cutting-edge, energy-efficient, and eco-friendly thermal management systems for buses and coaches. The new state-of-the-art facility, developed by 7R, will support the company's commitment to innovation and sustainability.

Facility Specifications and Timeline

The new bespoke facility will span 12,500 square meters, with an additional 1,000 square meters dedicated to office space. The construction is scheduled for completion by December 2024, marking a significant milestone in Eberspächer Sütrak's expansion plans.
