German manufacturer Vossloh has inaugurated its first factory in Poland, introducing the industry's pioneering Engineered Polymer Sleeper (EPS) production line.
New Facility in Nowe Skalmierzyce
The new plant, located in Nowe Skalmierzyce, boasts an initial annual production capacity of 100,000 sleepers. These sleepers are developed with a focus on sustainability, utilizing fully recyclable materials at the end of their lifecycle.
Commitment to Sustainability
Developed over a decade, Vossloh’s innovative sleepers are designed to enhance sustainability from production to end-use. The Polish factory will operate on green electricity, implementing energy recovery and reuse processes to minimize environmental impact.
