Kaufland Hrvatska Invests €19 Million in Logistics Centre Expansion

Kaufland Hrvatska, the Croatian division of the German supermarket chain Kaufland, has announced a €19 million investment in expanding its logistics and distribution centre in Jastrebarsko, near Zagreb. This expansion adds a new 16,000 square meter unit, bringing the total area of the centre to 92,000 square meters.

Enhancing Logistics Capabilities

This significant investment aims to enhance Kaufland's logistics capabilities, ensuring a higher daily availability of products for customers throughout Croatia. The expanded centre will play a crucial role in supporting Kaufland's growing network of stores.

Network Expansion

By the end of 2024, Kaufland plans to open two additional stores, increasing its total number of outlets in Croatia to 50. This expansion aligns with the company’s strategy to provide better service and product availability to its customers.
