Food Alliance, a prominent frozen pastry producer in Georgia, is setting the tone for delightful mornings with a range of bakery products. From the traditional Georgian khachapuri to the classic French baguette, the company caters to diverse tastes. It specializes in two bakery categories: predominantly French-style bread and a mix of Georgian and French pastries. Daily, Food Alliance supplies seven tonnes of pastries to various establishments, including restaurants, cafes, hotels, and schools.
Since 2017, Food Alliance has been among the 300+ businesses benefitting from the combined support of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the European Union (EU) under the EU4Business-EBRD Credit Line in Georgia. The company secured financing through the Bank of Georgia, an EBRD partner institution. Following the successful implementation of its investment plan, Food Alliance received an incentive grant from the EU. Additionally, the company availed of consulting services to further expand and enhance its business operations.
