Welding carriage reduces work load and provides clean welds The mini carriage KMF with adaption possibility for GMA and manual SA welding torches has been recently added to the product range of the Kjellberg Finsterwalde Schweißtechnik und Verschleißschutzsysteme GmbH.
A permanent magnetic system allows the self-positioning of the KMF with a holding power of more than 180 Newton on work-pieces of ferromagnetic materials. Thus, all seam geometries in all welding positions can be welded, except for the positions PD and PE.
The KMF’s small size and versatility even in confined spaces attract great interest among our customers. With a long operating time of the battery pack of more than 16 hours and a short charging time of approx. 25 minutes, Kjellberg Finsterwalde’s smallest carriage to date proves its high suitability for daily use.
With welding speeds between 10 and 125 cm/min and suitability for different torch systems, the KMF is an especially cost-effective welding carriage also for piece and small series production. Due to the constant mechanical feed and the exact torch guidance it is possible to achieve seams of the highest reproducibility and quality.
