The advantages of the depicted linear unit ERO Speed 2000 Z lie in the drawn aluminium extruded profile and the here resulting high torsional rigidity respectively flectional strength allowing an extreme instantaneous charging. Thereby high longevity is granted.
The shifting, inductive high-precision limit switches integrated in the fundamental base are lead overflow-safely due to mechanical damping elements onto a central plug. Integrated toothed belts permit a completely enclosed type of construction. The high acceleration becomes possible due to a reduced external mass moment of inertia.
Reversing free-from-backlash precision toothed belts with steel strand take care of the power transmission. Due to the patented deviation and toothed belt tension short processing times are obtained thus enabling short delivery times.
