Case Packing Systems - End-of-Line Casepacker, Carton Erector and Crate Packer Systems
For more than 19 years, Case Packing Systems (CPS), based in Stramproy, Netherlands, has designed and supplied high-tech systems for automatic end-of-line packaging of product-filled bags, which can be placed into cardboard boxes, trays, crates or even large containers and pallet boxes up to 1,500mm high. 18.23 ,
'Tailor-made' is the key word describing all CPS casepacker lines. Each and every casepacker configuration is specially adapted to the requirements and circumstances of the user. CPS technical proposals are based on a very thorough inventory of the user's requirements as to available space, product change over, flexibility, output and internal logistic optimisation.
GRAVITY CASEPACKER SYSTEM CP 201
For pillow bags, gusseted bags, block bottom bags, the gravity casepacker system horizontally positions the products in cardboard boxes, trays or display cartons.
Typical features:
Complete bag handling control from bag maker to case packer unit Precise bag pattern preparation (bag centring / correcting, bag turning and overlapping, bag collation transfer into box) Perfect match for packaging deep-frozen products Stainless steel / aluminium housings Complete menu control via IPC modules.
SL 105 SIDE LOADER AND SL 120 TOP LOADER CASEPACKERS FOR DOYPACKS
The side loader can be used for loading pillow bags, Doypacks, block bottom bags, gusseted bags and small boxes. The SL 105 Side Loader casepacker system vertically positions the packages in one or more rows into cardboard boxes and trays / display cartons.
The SL 120 is a top-loading casepacker system for vertically positioning Doypacks in trays / display cartons or cardboard boxes. DUAL CASEPACKER FOR PILLOW, GUSSETED AND BLOCK BOTTOM BAGS
For pillow, gusseted and block bottom bags. The dual casepacker system vertically and horizontally positions packages in cardboard boxes or display cartons. PICK AND PLACE ROBOTIC LOADING SYSTEMS
Pick and place robotic loading systems can be used to load all types of bags into cardboard boxes, plastic or cardboard crates containers and trays. The pick and place systems can be used for special applications and fragile products.
CL 86 CONTAINER LOADER AND CL 64 CRATE LOADER
Both these loaders can be used for all bag types. They are casepacker systems to load bags filled with agricultural products like potatoes, onions, carrots and fruit. The CL 86 Container Loader can load bags into containers from 800mm x 600mm up to 1,500mm in height.
The CL 64 Crate Loader can load bags into plastic or cardboard crates of 600m x 400mm. A very special feature of both these loading units is the smooth bag handling of delicate and fragile products.
SEALCHECKER OMEGA CONTINUOUS IN-LINE TESTING UNIT FOR FLEXIBLE BAGS
The Sealchecker Omega is a continuous in-line testing unit for flexible bags containing fresh (gas flushed) products to be checked on bag leaks.
CPS can also supply:
Case erecting machines hot melt / tape Case closing and compacting machines Checkweighing systems for bags and cartons Bag inspection / detection systems
PACKS TRAYS WITH THE CLP CASEPACKER
Due to the fact that products are not stacked, rigid, semi-flexible and even fully-flexible products can be handled with the CLP casepacker. The infeed system is even capable of rotating individual products, allowing you to create a wide variety in packing patterns. Thanks to the fact that there is only a vertical movement, the CLP casepacker system is very reliable even at high capacity.
EVERYTHING UNDER IPC CONTROL
All CPS case packing systems are controlled by a high-tech IPC control unit.
A modem connection for remote diagnostic and programming actions is standard equipment. In addition CPS offers a Line Events Data System (LEDS), which presents read out of all relevant line events and production data on screen or printed in Windows Excel.
The operation of the entire case packing line is effected via a menu operated TFT colour touch screen / control panel with fault indication and troubleshooting features.
| Bag infeed systems CPS manufactures various units which make sure that the bags produced by whatever vertical bag makers will be presented to the bag infeed conveyor towards the CPS casepacker line in such a way that inspection/detection of the bags and rejection of any leaking bags is possible and at the same time making sure that the bags are introduced into the casepacker line in a controlled manner. |
| SL 105 Side Loader For vertical positioning of pouches, pillow bags and block bottom bags into cases and trays. Operation of the system: The bags are transported into the machine through an infeed belt. Depending on output requirements the machine is equipped with a single or a double bag loading system by means of two elevator cassettes. | |
