Customer satistfaction in 2009 again was very high. ARKU received good ratings for all eight criteria measured in the survey.
Customer satistfaction in 2009 again was very high. ARKU received good ratings for all eight criteria measured in the survey. Where 1 corresponds to “very good” and 5 to “very bad", commissionings and service assignments were rated overall again with 1.6. Especially friendliness, qualification of staff and realization on schedule were rated very positively.
ARKU knows about the importance of customer satisfaction. Although average values are indicators for reality, only the individual case reveals mistakes and thereby shows potential for improvement. At ARKU, every operation is reviewed to improve prospective actions. Therefore, feedback of customers is very precious to improvement.

ARKU has its headquarters in the technology region of Karlsruhe. ARKU produces leveling machines and turnkey coil preparation lines in the town of Baden-Baden, Germany.

ARKU has been working with sheet metal since 1928. In 2011 the company generated a turnover of more than 38 million euros and employs worldwide 132 staff members.
ARKU has become the European market leader in leveling and feed equipment.

ARKU runs a leveling center in Baden-Baden. Interested persons are always welcome to make leveling tests - naturally, also with their own material.

ARKU supplies throughout the world. The German machine builder supports its North American customers locally by means of the sales and service office, ARKU Coil Systems, in the USA. Furthermore, there are service offices in Cincinnati and Shanghai and a worldwide network of representatives.
