Balconi is specialized, since more than 60 years, in the manufacturing of high precision mechanical presses for a variety of different applications, particularly in the automotive, household appliances and metal packaging industries and for the production of electric motors, electric components, coins and precise metal parts.
We have during these years, and through three generations, strengthened our position in the Italian and foreign markets by keeping a high quality level acknowledged to our products.

BALCONI designs and manufactures a complete range of presses with their accessories to supply modern and efficient means for stamping and sheet-metal cold forming.
Designing and dimensioning of our presses are made considering stiffness and strength as a priority with particular attention to bed and crown deflections, in order to reduce frame stresses and to guarantee the working precisions required by your tools.
2DMhs - High speed presses with two connecting rods, fixed stroke and dynamic balancing system of the moving masses, equipped with Balconi Plunger system, slide Quick Lift system and PLC for the control of the press functions. These presses are particularly designed for the blanking of rotor and stator laminations of electric motors and transformers and for coin blanks. This series includes presses from 800 kN to 4.000 kN, with a maximum speed up to 800 spm.
DM - High speed presses with one or two connecting rods with fixed or variable stroke, equipped with the Balconi Plunger system. These presses are particularly designed to be used with progressive tools with high production speed. This series includes presses from 400 kN to 3.150 kN.
DMR - Presses with single or double gear reduction with two or four connecting rods and fixed or variable stroke, equipped with Balconi Plunger system. These presses are designed for stamping and drawing of middle and thick material by using progressive tools of middle and large dimensions. This series includes presses from 700 kN to 16.000 kN.
MTS - MTRS/L - C-frame presses, high or lower speed, one or two connecting rods with fixed or variable stroke, equipped with Balconi Plunger system. Manufactured in the series from 250 kN to 3.000 kN.

High speed presses, designed for blanking with progressive tools, ideal for mass productions.
This series of presses, can be supplied with fixed or variable stroke with semi-automatic or automatic change.
The press control can be hard wired or equipped with PLC. |

High speed presses with dynamic balancing ideal for blanking with carbide tools, particularly designed for the production of laminations and coins.
The eccentric shaft is designed to guarantee a high stiffness to deflection and it is so dimensioned as to assure its unlimited life during the time. |

High speed presses, designed for blanking with progressive tools of small dimensions, ideal for the production of small metal parts.
This press series can be supplied with fixed stroke or variable stroke with semi-automatic or automatic change. | 
| DMR - 2DMR6(V) SERIES - AUTOMATIC PRESSES FOR STAMPING, FORMING AND DRAWING DMR6 - Single-geared presses, one connecting rod with fixed or variable stroke, equipped with Balconi Plunger system. These presses are designed for stamping middle thick parts by using progressive tools of small dimensions.
