We develop our technology for your benefit: Equipped with the WEINIG Memory system and featuring PowerLock technology, the user-friendly Variomat can be reset in a matter of seconds. Once produced and stored, a profile can be reproduced at any time with maximum precision and minimum setup effort. Available in two different tool arrangements with four or five tool holders, each of which can be supplemented by a multi-function table. The Variomat will grow with your future needs!

Cross-cut saws

OptiCut C 50 - safe and fast cutting to length The DIMTER OptiCut C 50 is a cross-cut saw that even as a manual chop-saw is certified under strict safety standards as it has a two-hand-operation control and a safety shield. Optional rollertables on both sides of the saw guarantee an easy transport of the working piece. Pneumatic clamping and precise stop devices assure high length- and angle-accuracy. The OptiCut C 50 can be upgraded to a full optimizing cross-cut center S 50, if the demands on cross-cutting increase in the production

Shortwood lines In accordance with your requirements the machines can be upgraded on the basis of a flexible modular system. The specific use of modules does not only allow standards but also customer-specific solutions – for finger-jointing lines with wood entry lengths smaller than 1000 mm but also customer specific solutions with wood entry lengths larger than 1000 mm. This principle can be used for all performance classes. From the entry model ProfiJoint via the models Ultra, CombiPact and Turbo-S to the heavy-duty class of the flat finger jointing lines HS120 and HS180. All in all, system concepts for the highest demands of quality in all performance classes.

Gluing

The new Dimter ProfiPress L-Series – Flexible, Compact, Compatible You want the flexible board production with (dead straight and) lastingly closed joints? And this with the easiest operation? We have the solution: The new press generation ProfiPress L from the company Dimter has been especially developed for the flexible production of solid-wood boards: The board carpet freshly covered with glue is moved into the press in longitudinal direction. The heavy cover closes. No vertical step joints in the board! It does not make any difference what board width you move in: The positionable pressure straight-edge adjusts automatically to the new width: no costly resetting required! Pressure elements, tightly arranged, let the full pressing power have an even effect over the entire length of the pressing bed also in case of tolerances. Continuously closed joints are the result. Tolerances in width are simply equalized. Precisely controllable high frequency technique hardens the joint completely in a fraction of the normal pressing time. The new sliding technique of the ProfiPress L provides the flexibility of your production with an additional thrust. Depending on demand the ProfiPress L can be upgraded in the modular system: From the simple basic machine up to the highly automated production line with automatic feed systems and board cutting. With the ProfiPress L – Series the gluing of solid-wood boards is the connecting conclusion of the complete processing with products of the Weinig Group.

Scanner systems

LUXSCAN Combi-Scan - the allrounder with Multi-Scan-Technology for the automatic image grabbing and processing of the timber surface Combi-Scan C200/C400 is a 4 side-scanner, providing a high level of defect detection and / or colors inspection. This system is based on 4 multi-scan cameras for defect detection, upgradable with 2 or 4 colors cameras for color inspection. Combi-Scan C200 may be integrated in line with the OptiCut due to the intelligent feedsystem VarioSpeed, or with a cross buffer, to feed up to 4 highspeed OptiCut. Random width board scanning is possible in real time. For handling random width boards, Combi-Scan C200/C400/C600 measures the board width before scanning. This enables fast automatic positioning of top-bottom cameras as well as one side camera in real time. The benefits of the scanner include decreased labor costs, increased yield, high productivity and consistent throughput. Moreover, you gain flexibility since the cutting / grading rules can be quickly and easily modified. The scanner can be integrated with existing OptiCut built on or after 1997.
