Gerosa is a group of European standing born in 1935 and specialised in flexible packaging converting for food and non-food market.

Its strongpoint is the quality of its service that is based on flexibility and speed of response times to user requests and the greatest guarantee in terms of machinery, controls and production standards. ISO 9001:2000 e ISO 14001 certified the Group offers the best available in terms of R&D, photographic preparation, laser cylinder engraved, print and laminating machines, added to that it has its international organization made up out of individual and collective capacities, capable of responding punctually to the times and the needs of the market. To improve the speed and effectiveness of its response to the market, Gerosa Group has decentralised its production of flexible packaging in Italy, France, Spain and Rumania. The fsix converting sites have specialised production by geographical area, and, in part, by area of production excellence: Gerosa Italy for multilayer laminates and cold-seal (5 rotogravure machines); R2R for coating with acrylic lacquers (3 rotogravure machines); and Gerosa Spain for paper-based laminates, hot melt and wax (3 rotogravure machines); Rieusset for reel-fed, cut&stack, die-cut and sleeve labels (3 rotogravure machines); Artema Plast and Flexocit for flexographic printing (2 flexo machines each).

Optimised production

Thanks to standardised printing machines, in-house production of laser cylinders and a "shuttle" system, the Group has optimised its output capacity and times, to the advantage of quality and continuity in its customer services.
This commitment to operate in the European market is confirmed by the presence of three sales branches, two in Germany and one in Benelux, guaranteeing indispensable cultural and operating closeness to the end users.

The headquarters took this year two important certfications: ISO 22000 and BRC/IoP.
Conserning the first certification, Cellografica Gerosa has been the first certified company in our production sector in Italy

It is a primary safety management system standard covering all organizations in the agro-food chain; it provides useful information to all involved firms for the identification of possible risks offering also effective suggestions on the management system.It is the sole international standard.
