The system consists of 2 double girder cranes, 1 handling station and 5 crossbeams. Benteler Steel/Tube Ltd. carries out the pickle of tubes in the Paderborn/Germany located plant. To update the standard of used equipment and safe the work quality in future, CTI delivered in 2005 a semi-automatic system for pickle tube bundles. The cranes have to transfer the tube bundles to the handling station. | |
