Ipsen - The world market leader for heat treating installations, based in Kleve is now moving closer to their customers by setting up a customer service center in the town of Filderstadt which is located in Southern Germany. From 1st May more than 10 employees from “Ipsen Service Sued” will look after our customers in Southern Germany.

From 1st May more than 10 employees from “Ipsen Service Sued” will look after our customers in Southern Germany.
The decision to establish a branch in Baden-Wuerttemberg seemed more than sensible as there are more than 200 Ipsen customers situated in this region. Our customers can now look forward a faster response from our customer service - not only for Ipsen equipment but also for equipment from other suppliers. There is nothing more annoying and costly than a time-consuming interruption in a production process; that’s why Ipsen Service Sued now offers a 24/7 emergency service. New service vans were provided to our experts and a comprehensive spare parts stock (500 sqm) established, so that a quick reaction on demand is possible. Furthermore, scheduled installation servicing will also be carried out by personnel from Filderstadt.
Numerous customers in the South already have service contracts with Ipsen; the work will be carried out by Ipsen Service Sued. Furthermore, the new service center can also offer other measures to increase the efficiency of existing equipment i. e. refurbishment / modernization. More service centers are to be established worldwide.
