The presses of Beutler Nova and Müller Weingarten are known for an optimal price/performance ratio, technical innovation and a modern design. With an installed base of more than 5'000 machines Beutler is one of the leading system offerer for punching and forming automation and C-frame presses in the range of small and medium press force.
Since 1999 Beutler Nova is an independent part of the Müller Weingarten Group responsible for “Compact Presses”. At the location Gettnau Beutler Nova produces C-frame presses and automatic punching presses up to 5'000 kN as well as special presses for the production of Alu containers and forming of tinplate. With the label BEUTLER flexible and customer tailored are produced and sold. With the label NOVA presses of a very favourable price are offered. The mechanical part is pre-assembled bought from a partner and obtain in Gettnau the Swissfinish. Thanks to the close co-operation with carefully selected partner Beutler Nova is in a position to offer several system solutions. For example production of Alu container including the handling of the produced container after the press operation, filling as well as the general automation around the press and tool exchange. | Coil washing unit To ensure the manufacture of high-quality panels it is necessary to rid coil material and blanks of dirt and deposits. This procedure not only achieves a good surfact quality, it also reduces any contamination of the deep drawing dies. The result: longer die service life, increased productivity and reduced costs. |
| Edge trimming equipment The appropriate coil width is typically used for every product manufactured on the blank cutting line. With Schuler edge trimming equipment, however, it is possible to reduce the number of coil sizes and to produce a number of coil widths from the same standard coil. The edge trimming equipment trims both sides of the coil strip to achieve the desired width. |
| Hydraulic drawing and stamping presses Hydraulic presses of the SH series offer a wide spectrum of applications thanks to their flexibility and versatility. SH-series presses can be used as single presses, automated press lines or even as transfer presses for drawing, stamping or coining operations. They are also notable for the high level of user-friendliness. |
| Straighteners Schuler builds straighteners based on the 12 + 1 principle for the automobile industry. This means that the 13th straightening roller can be separately adjusted to provide the sheet with the desired concave or convex curvature. In this way, problems with threading of the coil into the blanking die are virtually excluded. | |
