| Friction Weld - Spin Welding Systems This machine incorporated a high speed pneumatic screw gun to spin weld fastener buttons into plastic liner tubs, this station contained guiding, locators, and supports so that operators could easily lower the unit into the tub on the production line and perform the spin welding operation. | 
| Open Arc Weld - Tig, Mig, and Plasma Welding This multi station machine had an eight foot diameter dial table with eight stations where parts were riveted and plasma welded to make the completed appliance assemblies | 
| Resistance Welding The eleven resistance welders pictured below were only part of what was required for this project. Several other more specialized welders were also required. MLS Systems had the capability to design and build them all with plenty of room to spare for other projects | 
| Riveting. The machine above incorporated a gantry style design which was integrated with the customer's existing production line. This machine also incorporated a bowl feeder to supply rivets to the orbital riveting station to attach the mullion section to refrigerator cabinets. | |
