This latest advancement pushed Elbo Controlli NIKKEN to develop their new E46L IS, E46LA IS, E68L IS, and E68LA IS presetter machines (Integrated Solution). These new products are the integrated solutions for toolroom: all the machines are equipped with TP32 (Integrated Tool Management System) and TID(Automatic Tool Identification System). This allows complete management of the toolroom, significantly reducing production costs and optimizing the material supply system.
Elbo Controlli NIKKEN's TID system allows two-way communication between the presetting machine and the CNC, sending the measurement directly to numerical control, negating downtime.
Likewise, our advanced TP32 system manages the production system entirely as a fundamental component of the production cycle. TP32 allows full control of the manufacturing, warehouse and stock situations, managing and controlling entire tool assemblies, their location within the factory and individual components and elements.
All the IS presetter machines are equipped with two 22" Full HD vertical touch screen monitors:
The primary monitor (left) is dedicated to all presetting and tool measurement functions
The secondary monitor (right) has been developed for TP32 tool management and TID tool identification

| Back Side Motor CNC Rotary Tables Nikken's Back Side Motor CNC Rotary Tables are designed to offer a more compact footprint for use on a wider variety of machine tools.
As the drive motor is repositioned to the rear of the Rotary Table the potential area of machine guard interference to the left and right of the faceplate is eliminated.
The motor itself drives the faceplate, via the worm screw, through a sealed gearbox incorporating hardened and ground precision gears. | 
| Multi Spindle CNC Rotary Tables Nikken's Multi Spindle Rotary Table range is a more bespoke solution to offer increased productivity and versatility for machine tools.
Available with twin or multiple faceplate configurations to suit numerous centre line pitches they instantly provide extra additional scope for the manufacturer.
Normally fitted to machine tools incorporating multi-spindle heads the Multi Spindle Rotary Table provides and additional axis for each spindle. Another option is for multiple set-ups on a single spindle machine to allow higher productivity per spindle or cater for un-manned operation.

| Top Side Motor CNC Rotary Tables Nikken's Top Side Motor CNC Rotary Tables are designed to offer a more compact footprint for use on a wider variety of machine tools.
As the drive motor is repositioned to the top of the Rotary Table the potential area of machine guard interference to the left and right of the faceplate is eliminated. This style of Rotary Table is particularly beneficial on horizontal and pallet change style machines where often a special 'swing-box' is incorporated to allow pallet changing without supply cable interference.
The motor itself drives the faceplate, via the worm screw, through a sealed gearbox incorporating hardened and ground precision gears. | |
