BLADES BORN & BRED IN SWEDEN For metals, wood and food
We combine Swedish quality, innovation and 75 years of experience to produce band saw blades of the highest quality.
We are the sole Swedish manufacturer of band saw blades made of Bi-Metal.
Highest quality band saw blades
Since 1944, experience, competence and professionalism combined with the best raw materials and a modern machine park have resulted in saw blade absolute world class quality. Sawing through most materials
Our quality-leading saw blades cut through most materials, including stainless steel, hard metals, wood, ice, food and plastic. If you work with other materials, we can design band saw blades specifically for your business-needs. Whatever the material, the result will always be the most economical cut and maximum life length of the blade.
| Allpower M42 High heat and wear resistance.
Suitable for production as well as non-production cutting of moderate to difficult to cut materials.
For large profiles and solid materials.
For non-ferrous metals. |
| Material Clamping. Clamping for double
column horizontal machines
Recommendations for Material Clamping. The correct clamping of the material will considerably contribute to the performance of the sawing operation. Please note the difference in clamping when using conventional bandsaw and doublecolumn horizontal machines.
|
| Optimizer M42 Abrasive resistant and recommended when high temperatures are generated during cutting. Increased blade life when sawing materials like hastelloy, inconel, titanium and cobalt based materials that can work harden if not consistently penetrated. |
| Wood band saw Blades Hard edge
Hard edge band saw blades are increasingly used in the wood industry, especially for cutting hard wood, plywood, laminates. The hard edge blade is more wear resistant, has longer cutting life and saves on blade changing. It is available with a positive rake angle. | |
