German lighting company TRILUX has made a strategic investment of €32 million in a new production and development facility in Świdnik, Poland, solidifying its presence in the Central and Eastern European (CEE) market. The 23,000 sq m plant, located near Lublin, will have the capacity to produce up to one million energy-efficient LED lighting fixtures annually, catering primarily to office and commercial sectors across the region.
Starting with 70 employees, TRILUX plans to grow its workforce to 250, spanning roles in production, assembly, and logistics. This investment underscores Poland’s appeal as a hub for innovation and manufacturing in CEE, thanks to its robust infrastructure and highly skilled labor force. TRILUX's expansion aligns with the company's commitment to sustainable growth, reinforcing its partnership with Poland in driving forward energy-efficient solutions in lighting technology.
