Industrial packaging distributor Neopak is set to relocate its main warehousing facilities to Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV, securing over 10,500 sqm of prime warehouse and office space near Warsaw.
Leading Packaging Distributor Moves to Prime Location
Neopak, a prominent name in the packaging industry since 2006, specializes in the sales of packaging materials and accessories. The company offers a comprehensive range of products to secure various types of goods for dispatch and parcels. Due to its expanding business and future growth prospects, Neopak sought a higher standard of warehousing space. This prompted the move from their B-class facility in Okęcie to an A-class facility in Panattoni’s park in Nadarzyn.
Strategic Decision for Operational Efficiency
“Nadarzyn has emerged as a crucial logistics hub, leveraging its strategic location and excellent local infrastructure,” noted Michał Samborski, Head of Development at Panattoni. “Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV is ideal for companies seeking high-standard spaces to cater to Warsaw’s attractive market. We are delighted to welcome Neopak as a tenant.”
Szymon Ździarski, President of Neopak, explained the decision: “We spent considerable time finding a solution that fits our operational plans for the coming years and provides additional modern, high-standard space. Initially, we planned to stay within Warsaw, but the lack of suitable space led us to consider Nadarzyn. The location’s accessibility to public transport ensures we can retain our current staff. This investment in our future will enhance our operational efficiency from day one.”
Modern Facilities and Strategic Location
Neopak will begin operations from the new facility just outside Warsaw in September this year. The modern building offers increased space and a height of 12 meters, accommodating both warehousing needs and 850 sqm of office space.
AXI IMMO represented Neopak during the office space search and lease negotiations. “Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV provided an excellent alternative to a city location. Its visibility from the expressway and proximity to public transport links made it a perfect fit for Neopak’s needs,” explained Klaudia Markowska, Senior Advisor at AXI IMMO.
Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV: A Premier Logistics Hub
Currently under development, Panattoni Park Warsaw South IV will ultimately offer nearly 100,000 sqm of industrial space across two buildings. The first stage, comprising around 50,000 sqm, has been completed. The park features extensive facilities, including a large maneuvering area, electric vehicle charging stations, and 24-hour surveillance. The building has received an Excellent environmental certification. Located near the Paszków junction where the S8 expressway intersects national road 67, the park is only 20 km from central Warsaw and 18 km from Warsaw Chopin Airport.
This strategic move marks a significant step for Neopak, positioning the company to meet its growing demand and future operational goals effectively.
