American car parts maker BorgWarner today opened a 25,000sqm plant in Oroszlány, northwestern Hungary, and it is likely to recruit 600-700 personnel when it reaches its maximum capacity, Hungarian news office MTI reported.
The plant, which will create exhausts pipe components, is separated into 15,000sqm manufacturing region and a 10,000sqm logistic and support center, plant administrator Agnes Sosna said.
The advancement contributes to a HUF 9billion investment, in which the organization got a HUF 850million government grant, MTI reported, adding that BorgWarner vowed to make 400 employments at the two plants built up as a major aspect of the venture.
