Hungary's Transport-Beton is building a HUF 246 million plant that will make acid-resistant containers for the food, chemicals and bioethanol industries in Tatabánya (NW Hungary), managing director Zoltán Harmath said at a press conference on Friday.
The company won a HUF 100 million grant for the project.
Transport-Beton expects the plant to generate annual revenue of HUF 350 million. Sixteen people will work at the plant.
Transport-Beton has annual revenue of about HUF 1.3 billion at present, well under the HUF 3.2 billion before the crisis.
