Arkhbum Tissue Group has announced its plans to invest in a new tissue production line which will become a part of its mill located in Vorsin, the Kaluga region of Russia. The new production line is scheduled to be completed and fully operational by the third quarter of 2019.

It was gathered from the announcement that the company had ordered the PrimeLine TM W6 XT machine which will be supplied by the International Technology Group Andritz.  The PrimeLine TM W6 XT tissue machine has been developed to function at a speed of 2,100 meters per minute, producing paper width of 5.6 meters. The process I accomplished with a combination of a 16 ft. Steel Yankee and the newest PrimePress XT shoe press technology which enhances the drying capacity, flexible operations and cost efficiency of the system when compared with other options. The line will include functions such as stock preparation, automation, and electrification. With this addition, the Arkhbum Tissue Group hopes to increase its production of high-quality facial, toilet, napkin, and kitchen towels made of 100% virgin pulp.
