Dr. Schneider a leading manufacturer of Car interior parts and systems is moving to a purpose-built new factory in Jelenia Góra Poland.
A production plant is now being developed by Panattoni with an area of 7,439 sqm plus 4,293 of mezzanine space for the manufacture of parts for electric cars, among other products. It is located in Radomierz (Janowice Wielkie borough) on the outskirts of Jelenia Góra.
Dr. Schneider Automotive Polska, part of German group Dr. Schneider, has been operating in it Central and Eastern European factory in Poland since 2002 and has been expanding in the Jelenia Góra valley since 2005. It manufactures car components, including electric vehicles, for such brands as Audi, Bentley, BMW, Ferrari, Ford, GM, Jaguar, Lamborghini, Land Rover, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Škoda, Stellantis, Toyota, Volvo and VW.
Panattoni Park Jelenia Góra in Lower Silesia will comprise 27,344 sqm in two buildings. It is located close to national road 3, connecting Jelenia Góra with the Baltic region, as well as to the German and Czech borders. The park is to receive BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification. |
