Panattoni has acquired a plot spanning over 4 hectares to initiate the development of Panattoni Park Bieruń I, encompassing an expansive 18,000 square meters. This strategic move positions the park in close proximity to the Stellantis car factory, enhancing its overall value.

Prior to this endeavor, Panattoni had successfully introduced two parks within the same vicinity, culminating in a total combined area of 97,000 square meters, all fully leased. The discount retail giant, Action, occupies a customized BTS facility covering over 60,000 square meters, while Panattoni is concurrently finalizing a manufacturing facility for Hager Group, an electronics producer for industrial and real estate applications. The upcoming park, situated just 2 kilometers away from the Stellantis car factory, assumes a vital role in facilitating buffer warehousing for subcontractors, thereby efficiently managing the components supplied to the factory.

Strategically situated in close proximity to the A4 motorway and the S1 expressway, the center also offers swift access to the A1 motorway. This advantageous location is poised to cater to both the domestic Polish market and international operations. In the Silesia region, Panattoni has an array of prospective developments, including the expansive Panattoni Park Katowice Airport boasting a remarkable 210,000 square meters. This forthcoming facility aims to be the largest center under a single roof within the region.
