The Slovakian ecommerce and logistics provider Isklad.eu has finalized a leasing agreement with the Bratislava Logistics Park in Senec.

The lease, transacted through the real-estate company JLL, grants the company 6,500 square metres of warehouse space: with assistance from its investment partner Crowdberry A.S., Isklad.eu is planning to use the space in its preparations for its international expansion.

Ikslad.eu, which has been coined the “Slovak[ian] Amazon”, utilizes its own, proprietary software to automate ecommerce stores and to control its storage and dispatch service (‘fulfilment’) for its numerous clients, such as Shooos.sk and Maxsport.

Located on the north-western outskirts of Bratislava and on the outskirts of Senec, the Bratislava Logistics Park is just 24 kilometres from the Bratislavian city centre. It is owned by the Karimpol Group, and the Park is approximately 150,000 square metres in size. For the ease of transportation of goods, it is situated on the country-spanning D1 motorway. Other notable lessees of the park include DSV Panalpina A/S and the Coca-Cola Company.
