3M, American conglomerate operating in the fields of industry, worker safety, healthcare & consumer goods, has announced a significant investment of EUR 132M to expand its manufacturing capabilities, primarily supporting the biotechnology industry. The investment will include construction of a new factory in Wrocław, which will create 60 new job opportunities.

The construction of the new 3M factory is scheduled to commence next year, with the goal of enhancing the availability of essential filtration equipment for biopharmaceutical companies.

With over 30 years of presence in the Polish market, 3M operates four production centers in the country: two in Wroclaw, one in Janinowo, and another in Rabka. With a workforce of over 4,200 employees, 3M offers an impressive array of 60,000 products in Poland.
