Reino IO Parks continues to attract prominent tenants, with DPD Poland and Bidfood making significant leasing agreements in two of their logistics parks. DPD Poland, a subsidiary of the Geopost group specializing in parcel delivery and e-commerce, has secured nearly 5,000 sqm of space in Reino IO PoznaĹ, located in GÄ

In another development, Bidfood Farutex, a distributor of HoReCa sector products, has become the newest tenant of Reino IO Rzeszów. The company has leased 1,750 sqm of warehouse and office space in the park, strategically located near the A4 motorway. The park itself spans a total area of 39,000 sqm across two warehouses. Newmark Polska represented Bidfood Farutex during the lease negotiation process.
Reino IO Logistics, an investment and asset management platform established through a joint venture between Reino Partners in Warsaw and Caisson IO in London, manages a portfolio of six logistics parks, including those in PoznaĹ, ĹódĹş, Piotrków Trybunalski, Sosnowiec, Bielsko-BiaĹa, and Rzeszów.
These recent leasing agreements highlight the growing appeal of Reino IO Parks among companies seeking modern and well-connected logistics spaces in Poland.
