Panattoni is preparing 36,500 sqm of warehouse space for Polish e-commerce platform Allegro in its A2 Warsaw Park near Grodzisk Mazowiecki.

The new location will allow Allegro to expand its logistics operations for the companies that sell goods on its website and to speed up its order fulfilment processes. It has leased 36,500 sqm in the park, of which 33,541 sqm will be warehousing. For this transaction, the tenant was represented by Colliers International.

Allegro has been operating in Poland for 21 years. It now has one of the ten most-visited retail websites in the world, with over 20 mln visitors a month and offering goods from around 125,000 companies.
