Segezha Group has acquired the Karelian Wood Company, a business specialising in wood processing and logging. The company operates in the Republic of Karelia and has a 250,000 cube meter capacity plant in Kostomuksha.
The Russian Sistema PJSFC, one of the country’s top vertically integrated forest concerns, of which Segezha is a subsidiary, announced that the acquisition, stating that it had purchased the company from Pin Arctic Oy (Finland). |
