For Siempelkamp, their plant concept seems to be winning professionals over in various markets and Poland is the latest country to add their name to the list. Convincing a new customer of its economical and technological advantages, the company will supply a press, tool changing system, test tool, material shuttle (with integrated infrared heating field), and a heating/cooling system.
Thanks to the integrated plant, both thermoplastic and duroplastic components can be manufactured and customers will enjoy the flexibility to move towards more innovative materials. As part of the order, the press will allow for a multiple tool-changing store. Furthermore, a targeted control of the pressing/consolidation process will come from the technical periphery in the control system.
With material flow and plant layout, expansion is possible with a second press and this is something to which both parties have agreed if the first stage of the deal is successful. For Siempelkamp, this is yet another display of their growing capabilities in a market that seems to be continually changing.
