Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev and Croatian Parliament Speaker Boris Sprem believe bilateral trade and economic partnership between their two countries can develop further and direct investments in infrastructure, tourism and energy can increase, newswires reported. The two met Friday in Bulgaria on the occasion of the ratification of Croatias EU Treaty of Accession in the Bulgarian parliament. They also noted both countries wanted to retain the macroeconomic stability in Bulgaria and Croatia, encourage foreign investments, step up effectiveness in the fight with corruption and organized crime and improve the business environment.
