Polish systems integrator Comarch has bought Swiss enterprise resource planning (ERP) provider A-MEA Informatik. This move is in line with the company’s strategy which assumes, among others, ts position on the Swiss market, it says. “The DACH market is of strategic significance for the Comarch Capital Group” says Comarch’s CEO Janusz Filipiak. A-MEA, who has 20 employees and around of CHF4m (€3.3m) turnover per year, offers its ERP solutions and finance-accounting systems mainly for small and medium-sized enterprises in German speaking countries.
