The 3R software framework bridges the gap between the commonly used applications for design and planning in the pipe and tube industry and the individual requirements of automated fabrication. Where standard software can no longer meet specific requirements, our applications are needed. They are essential for a streamlined, efficient and paperless fabrication flow, from design all the way to installation.
With RONIIsoBuilder we offer an application for the generation of isometric line drawings, with interfaces to almost all major 3D-coordination systems. The RONIKolli bending simulation, currently in its 7th generation, has been the benchmark for software for fabrication analysis for 25 years. It automatically examines pipe geometries and generates optimated CNC-data for a wide range of bending machines of international manufacturers. The FreeformManager software provides these features and advantages for bends with variable radii and rotations.
The final task for fabrication is handled by the RAMP-system, which uses the drawings and CNC-data to generate work packages. Depending on the methodology of the individual workshop, these packages can be created for a specific time frame, or fully automated with live data of machine capacities and operator availability.
During the fabrication process all work stations are continually informed of the pending work orders, and constantly report their current status. This system allows paperless fabrication with cutting optimization, as well as minimal retooling times. The fabrication process can be monitored for individual spools, lines or entire projects.
